C. Item Thumbnail List

Please refer to the above picture diagram of your website while reading this guide. This will explain each element of the "New Items List" Page to you. To make changes to your website please go to the following page and login to your "Administration Console". This is where you make changes to your website, and only you have access.

A. New Item List Link (middle)

This is a link to your "New Items List", in the middle menu. This is 1 of 3 navigation menus for your website. Your webiste is designed so that products are added in groups or updates. (like Dan Weinrich & John Betts) Your website is designed to have up to 4 "New Item Lists".

To add a "New Items List" (group of "PRODUCTS" within a "CATEGORY") to your website: follow the instructions for adding a new category and then follow the instructions for adding a new product.

When items or products are added to an update, they should be added into 2 "Parent Categories". 1 category from this menu (menu middle) & 1 from the "Continent Menu" (menu footer). Instructions for this can be found on the "Catergory Form" beside that option. At the end of the week, unsold items should be removed from the "New Items List" so that new items can be added. This is done by clicking on the highlighted category on the "Category Form" so that it is no longer highlighted. Items should be left in the "Continent Menu".

B. Category Description

This is a description of the theme or other details regarding the "New Item List". The information is typed into the "Full Description" section on the "Category Form".

C. Product Thumbanail List

This is a list of your webiste inventory in thumbnail form. The product order is determined by the "Position" number on the "Product Form" page, and should be the same as the item number in the "Product Title". Lower numbers will be shown closer to the top, that is why the items are numbered backwards starting at 999. The number of items per page can be set on the "Configuration Form" in the admin console.
